True gents in every sense of the word - first rate service, customer care, enthusiasm and first person, unbiased interaction over kit you wont get shopping online.Tony and John are an absolute pleasure to be a customer of. None of the inverted bike snobbery you can find in some other establishments. Thoroughly recommended if you are after a bike or a bike service. Dont be shy - go in there and get yourselves sorted. Top notch boys (and your lady technician too). One very very satisfied customer. Cheers - Matt Wood (be 6 stars if there was such a rating)!

Great experience, fantasticly helpful. We were on a club tandem weekend and snapped off the head of our rear seatpin dropping over the ledge at Barwick ford. We were on an classic bike with a 26.6mm rear seatpin. Where do you get one that size on a Saturday morning..? the sag wagon picked us up and dropped us at Tracks, the guy there couldn't have been more helpful .rootleing around out back in his bitsa box managed to come up with something to cut down, which he made work, and we Were able to carry on and do the rest of the weekend. There was nothing in it for him, he only charged me a tenner, he just seemed interested and happy to get us back on the road. Absolutely defiantly somewhere we would recommend for anything cycling, so much better than the Internet or any of the chainstores, and frankly most other shops you come across.

Fast, efficient and very friendly. I'm really pleased I found this shop and will definitely be returning.

I've been visiting Trax for around three years.Never once have the guys not down-tools and had time to have good old natter about all things cycling.Never once have they not turned around my bikes from the workshop in a time that left me off the road, but up and on two wheels almost immediately.Never once have they not had time to see to the "niggle" I might have as I popped in on my rides. A ride-in-service, now that's a relationship / friendship worth cultivating. As a cyclist, and I am sure this applies to a few types of specialist shops, but fostering a friendly, honest working relationship with your local bike shop absolutely pays dividends every time. Your relationship with this LBS, Trax, should work for you too I hope. They are the one place I know I can get things fixed in double quick time, at a reasonable price, and the fix works well. They sell bikes and gear too.I am really not sure why you'd bother going anywhere else.

Great shop. Great service. Great people. Whether it is for advice, a service or to purchase a new bike, I always make it a first stop. Will often be able to match internet prices too, with the advantage of always being there for any issues you may encounter. Cannot recommend highly enough.
