Lovely family run farmshop with plenty of parking. Fresh fruit and vegetables are good quality and some are grown on the farm. Strawberry picking available in summer months. Caf is good quality but a little pricey. Would advise booking for lunch on Friday and weekend. Wide range of cheeses and sell Simmons bread and cakes.
There are lots of great local eateries but I do not think Pearce's Farm Shop Cafe can be beaten for its Sunday roast. Fabulous flavours, wonderful meats, loads of veg and brilliant gravy. Thoroughly recommend Pearce's shop at any time but Sunday lunch is a real treat
This local farm shop catering for your every day fresh and frozen produce. Vegetables and fruit are grown on the farm. Also Locally sourced; jams, chutneys, bread cakes wines an much much more. The caf is a must visit. I have eaten there 4 times now, never disappointed. Booking is essential.
Visited here a couple of years ago for coffee but ended up having the most beautiful lunch. Stopped again this year and it was another lovely, tasty meal. Friendly staff too. We were very lucky to get a table. The shop has really nice goods on sale though as farm shops are, they are expensive.
I love this place. Sure it's a little pricier than a supermarket, but the produce is sooo much tastier. They have the while range of Wilkins jams and marmalade (never knew there were so many). The self-service olives and anchovies are a delight. Tried the cafe a few weeks ago and had the most amazing eggs Benedict. You definitely need to book a table on a Sunday though, it's very popular.
