European Cars have been looking after my cars for over 20 years now. I trust them completely and they always do a good job at a good price. They have always gone the extra mile for me when I have had emergencies, keeping my cars, and my family, safe and on the road.
I used the hand car wash for the first and last time today. Tried to say my medium car was large initially. Then one of the workers opened the car door and jet washed along the sill and got water all in the speaker!!!To top in all they left soap on the car and didnt even clean it properly as the pictures show.Avoid at this place.
Ripped off and misled, charged double the price from last year on an AdBlue fill up.
Left my car to be repaired. After 4 days having not heard from them, I went back to find my car at the back of the premises, covered in bird poo which causes paint damage. The reception lady couldn't find any record of my car and was very abrupt regarding the state of my car, but said she would get someone to contact me and let me know what the situation was. I was then informed, very rudely that since I was upset, I should remove my car from the premises immediately!
