A beautiful pub. Good menu. Enjoyable meals. Very friendly attentive staff. Good play area.
Amazing pub looks a little unloved from the outside but inside looks amazing and the foods incredible. We have never had a bad meal. Although you pay for the quality but we think it's more than worth it. Defiantly needs to be booked as it's a very busy village pub.
Absolutely perfect. We came to visit The Sword Inn Hand the night before my wedding, and used 3 of the 4 rooms. The rooms were beautiful, the showers were perfect and it was so lovely to wake up in a four poster bed and have a relaxing bath before the madness of the big day.Jeremy and the team were so friendly and accommodating. They were absolutely rammed at the bar, but still bought food and drinks to the rooms so we could have a quiet, relaxed evening. The food was amazing, best steak I've ever eaten.He even let us come in for breakfast early so we could get to the venue when it opened.Absolutely wonderful evening, perfect way to start the wedding.
Fabulous pub and restaurant with great food and service. I'm glad that I live a long way from here as they would definitely have more of my money than me. Always visit when in the area in fact make excuses to visit.
An early autumn Sunday lunch. Everything you could want and gluten free. Enjoyed every mouthful and such attentive service. Perfectly set up for a country walk.
