I have just returned from a trip to the Maldives and have had the most wonderful holiday ever. The hotels were fabulous, the food was fabulous it was everything and more than I could ever ask for. Orbital Travel were absolutely marvellous and I cannot thank them enough. This has always been the one place I wanted visit and I would go back tomorrrow if I could so thank you.
What a fantastic experience we have just had with Orbital Travel. From start to finish our holiday arrangements have all gone smoothly. After three nights in Cairo and a trip to Giza we went on a lovely Nile cruise on board the 5* Orbital Royal Esadora. The boat was lovely and the excursions were made so interesting by such knowledgeable guides. We have wanted to experience Egypt for many years and are so glad that we did it all with Orbital Travel. We would have no issue in recommending them.
Made a complaint regarding the transfer at Cairo to Luxor having no one helping as the itinery stated.Still have no reply and no longer want one. Unacceptable customer service.The pain of running bare foot through the airport brought on asthma issues and gave me unnecessary anxiety.I plan to return to take in Cairo and will find an operator who respond to customers issues and not just take the money and run.The Royal Esodora was ok but the poor organisation by Orbital put my holiday at a bad start. A very bad start.
